SFEDI Awards is delighted to announce that the new Level 3 Award and Level 4 Certificate in Enterprise Mentoring are now available for our centres to deliver. Developed in partnership with a range of mentoring organisations and other experts within the sector, the qualifications are the first nationally-recognised, enterprise-focused mentoring qualifications.
The qualifications have been designed to meet the growing appetite for mentoring in the UK. With existing mentoring qualifications, learners focus on the more general aspects of mentoring or those better placed for use within large organisations. This leaves little time to develop the broader skills and types of mentoring that are relevant to smaller businesses and entrepreneurs. Our new Enterprise Mentoring qualifications have been designed to support the broad range of enterprise mentoring typically sought and delivered by small businesses, from mentoring via online networks, to group/peer mentoring through to structured, managed programmes of mentoring.
