The Level 5 Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching aims to provide the building blocks of the coaching role to individuals so that they are able to support others with performance issues making a positive and lasting difference by the identification and achievement of their personal goals.
As a coach you will help clients define their needs, wants, ambitions and desires; empowering them to identify the strategies and tactics that will create the action to take them there and measure their progress against defined markers.
Learners must be within a coaching role in order to ensure that they have the required experience to evidence the requirements of the qualification.
The qualification has been developed in partnership with The Coaching Academy.
Based in Chiswick, London and established in 1999, The Coaching Academy is now the largest training organisation of its kind in the world.
They started when coaching was a relatively new phenomenon and there weren’t any other UK based training organisations for coaches.
Now they find themselves at the forefront of coach training and chosen by more people who want to professionally train in the practical skills of coaching than any other organisation.
