** Developing the Citizens of the Future

Since our last update we have received requests from our centre network to expand our current Enterprise Skills Development suite of qualifications. We have worked hard to produce an exciting new take on employability qualifications that has already seen great success right across the country and now we are offering even more opportunities for developing the fully rounded individual.
From today SFEDI Awards is pleased to announce the release of 4 new qualifications that are ready to accept registrations.
These exciting qualifications are for those who wish to reflect on their own abilities and behaviours with an aim to lead to self development and self improvement in order to better the chances of employability and create a more rounded and sociable individual.

** Enterprising Learner Nominations Open

Nominations for the IOEE Enterprising Learner of the Year Award at the IOEE Celebration of Enterprise Awards 2014 are flooding in and we don’t want you to miss out on the opportunity.
Once a year the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE) brings together key figures from the small business, enterprise and skills sector in the UK to celebrate the very best in enterprise learning and skills.
SFEDI Awards is delighted to be sponsoring the IOEE Enterprising Learner of the Year Award at this years event being held at the House of Lords on the 23rd October 2014.

** Flexibility in Enterprise Qualifications

With the increasing demand and success of our Understanding Enterprise (http://sfediawards.com/types/understanding-enterprise/) suite of qualifications we have sought to provide you with even more flexibility.
So far these qualifications have supported many people of all ages begin their journey in enterprise and entrepreneurship education and personal development with many choosing to undertake multiple qualifications from the Understanding Enterprise (http://sfediawards.com/types/understanding-enterprise/) suite.
To make sure that you have the full flexibility of potential offerings for your customers we have now packaged the units that make up each of the Level 1 Awards into one easy to use qualification, the new Level 1 Award in Understanding Enterprise (http://sfediawards.com/qualifications/level-1-award-in-understanding-enterprise/) .
You can now use just one registration to provide all the benefits of multiple qualifications from our Understanding Enterprise (http://sfediawards.com/types/understanding-enterprise/) suite. But don’t worry we are simply giving you more options, for those customers who want to just undertake one of the qualifications they will still be available for you to use.

** New Features on Registr8
————————————————————
Well we said we had new improvements coming and the first has been released. Those eagle eyed of you will have noticed the introduction of satellite centre functionality to our Registr8 system.
This new function allows each of your delivery locations to manage their own registrations and certifications and also provides additional control from your Head Office main centre access.
We have also now updated the categories featured on the learner registration page so that it now reflects the Office for National Statistics standard. This will allow for further enhanced equal opportunities monitoring to ensure that enterprise education is truly accessible to all.
