Dear Colleague

As part of our ongoing work to ensure that our qualifications continue to be appropriate for both your organisational and customer needs, we will soon be launching our new feedback system.

Qualifications have to ensure that they meet five important standards in their development and delivery – validity, reliability, comparability, manageability and minimising bias.

We would like to hear about your experiences with the qualifications that you deliver as part of our development and review process.

A survey will be available for each qualification that is approaching its period of review and, if you are actively delivering the qualification or have done within the last 12 months, you will receive a link to a survey which should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

If you are delivering more than one of the qualifications due for review you will receive an email for each of them.

The information that is provided will help us to assess, review and confirm the extent to which our qualifications are fit for purpose and continue to provide high quality learning solutions to both your organisation and customers.

We will also be seeking letters of support for qualifications that are approaching their review period in order to ensure they continue to hold their regulatory status.
